SYNOPSIS
Didier Dancourt, surgeon in a private clinic, operates on Franck Carmello, a big shot gangster, who has been hurt in a gangland fight. Didier is engaged to Lydia.
She is beautiful but has become insufferable. Carmello notices that Lydia will make Didier’s life a living hell. So out of gratitude he decides to order the murder of Lydia.
She is suppose to take the night train to Nice. Unfortunately at the last minute she decides to cancell her trip. Another girl takes her place. Didier learns of Carmello’s intentions regarding Lydia and understand that the other girl, Sophie, could be killed by mistake.
Didier rushes to the train and explains the situation to Sophie. She thinks he is lying and wants to seduce her.
