SYNOPSIS
When blond beautiful Eva (M. Vitti) finds out that she’s been swindled out of her perfume empire by her lover Julien (R. Hossein) she decides to terminate him and then do away with her own life. But not before she gets to feast on champagne and caviar, drive a luxury Daimler with utter recklessness, dance with total abandon to the sounds of British rock, and go shopping like there is (litterally) no tomorrow.
So, instead of a revenge thriller, a spirited comedy ensues where the heroine discovers the pleasure of simply being alive.
Although she attracts the attention of several suitors, a chance encounter with an earnest executive (M. Ronet), brings the promise of solid romance – if he succeeds in racing against time to deter her from her self-destructive mission.
