SYNOPSIS
Dominique Montlaur has inherited a large transportation firm which is managed by her lover, Henri Savin. Henri has fallen in love with a younger woman, Julie Manet, and has decided to leave Dominique for a new life with her. Afraid of losing Henri, Dominique confronts Julie and tries to convince Julie to give Henri up. Anger turns to violence as the two women fight. Julie manages to run away, but Dominique, crazed with rage, kills herself by leaping to her death.
The police suspect murder because Dominique’s body has been found with bruises not caused by the fall. Additionally, since Henri has been left everything in Dominique’s will, making him quite a wealthy man, this leads the police to believe Henri as their prime suspect. Henri convinces Julie to keep silent but the police suspect that they are accomplices
